Key responsibilities:

1. Execute and update the campaign management system to ensure the timely launch and tracking of marketing campaigns
2. Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations processes
3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management review
4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
