1. Pre-sales support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings. Conduct market research and gather information on potential clients and competitors. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
2. Post-sales support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the sale is made. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of products/services. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and work towards timely resolution. Conduct post-sales follow-ups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
3. Operations management: Execute and update the campaign management system to ensure the timely launch and tracking of marketing campaigns. Take complete responsibility for assigned tasks within the operations department, ensuring deadlines are met. Regularly cross-check and update the admin panel and applications to maintain data accuracy and ensure a smooth user experience. Be prepared to work during inactive office hours to address any urgent operational issues or client needs, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the role and the team
4. Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all stages of the sales cycle. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met effectively. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and problem-solving
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product/service delivery
6. Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales and operations processes
7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management review
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
