Junior Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management:
Welcome visitors, parents, and students with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries and provide accurate information about the institute.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and always staffed.

2. Communication:
Answer and direct calls in a polite and timely manner.
Respond to student queries over the phone or in person with clarity and patience.
Relay important information to students, parents, or team members as needed.
Provide information about courses, schedules, and admission procedures.
Address basic inquiries or escalate concerns to the appropriate department.

3. Administrative Tasks:
Allocate tasks to the typing team and ensure timely completion.
Ensure that classes start on time by coordinating with faculty and resolving any schedule conflicts.
Collect fees from students, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile daily accounts and report to the management at the end of the day.

4. Attendance Management:
Maintain accurate attendance records for every class.
Prepare a daily list of absentee students and communicate it to the concerned staff or parents as necessary.

5. Coordination:
Assist in organizing institute activities and ensuring seamless operations.
Monitor the flow of information between departments and maintain clear communication channels.
