Junior Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create a streamlined process for technicians and delivery partners to ensure on-time service and installation
2. Optimize existing processes to benchmark levels to meet the rapidly changing business environment
3. Build and refine performance management tools to improve the quality of technicians and delivery partners
4. Develop workforce engagement programs to recognize top performers and motivate the team of technicians and delivery partners
5. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
6. Work with senior stakeholders
7. Communicate with customers if needed

Requirements:

1. Have 0-2 years of experience in high-growth operations
2. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect and interact in English, Kannada, and Hindi
3. Manage time efficiently, multitask, and prioritize
4. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
5. Be comfortable working on weekends
6. Be comfortable working with 4 days off per week
