Key responsibilities:
1. Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, track usage, and coordinate timely reordering of raw materials and supplies.
2. Vendor & purchasing management: Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely procurement of high-quality ingredients.
3. Invoicing: Manage billing processes, track payments, and maintain financial records accurately.
4. Business analytics: Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and support decision-making.
5. Marketing assistance: Assist with creating promotional content using Canva, managing social media calendars, and executing marketing campaigns.
6. Customer relations management: Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
7. System adaptability: Learn and efficiently use point-of-sale (POS) systems to manage sales and inventory.

7. Weekends will be working. The candidate should be able to come to work. We follow a 5-day work week. Off-days can be determined on any of the other weekdays.
Skills & qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Familiarity with Canva or willingness to learn.
3. Adaptability and enthusiasm to learn new software tools, including POS systems.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
