Junior Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
2. Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of business activities.
3. Manage end-to-end B2B and B2C order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
4. Track and monitor daily order status, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
5. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, Market channels and logistics to ensure seamless execution of projects.
6. Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
7. Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
8. Maintain records, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize operational performance.
9. Handle customer/client escalations and resolve operational challenges.
