Key responsibilities:

1. Updating and maintenance of mutual fund data - SIP, SWP, redemptions
2. Helping clients with KYC and new account opening in MF
3. Generating quotations and proposals for insurance
4. Manage daily operations
5. Improve processes and reduce costs
6. Streamline operations and increase efficiency
7. Updating/maintaining tracking and reporting spreadsheets
8. Calling prospects and customers for service and compliance issues

English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office

Other requirements
