Key responsibilities:

1. Manage company assets in the NCR region
2. Maintain company real estate in NCR
3. Manage rentals on properties
4. Manage staff such as security guards, gardeners, and crop cultivation staff
5. Oversee agriculture on real estate
6. Maintain documents related to real estate
7. Assist in the purchase and sale of real estate
8. Manage vehicles and other company movable and immovable assets
9. Assist company staff and contractors working on a construction site
10. Hire and manage staff under admin
11. Ensure staff adhere strictly to their responsibilities
12. Define roles and responsibilities of staff members under admin
13. Manage construction stock
14. Manage vehicle stock
15. Manage office stock

Requirements:

1. Should have a 2-wheeler vehicle
2. Construction-related knowledge is an advantage
3. English communication is required
