As an Operations Executive at IDfy, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our company.

Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct video calls and outbound calls with customers to verify their identity and documents
2. Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines while performing Video KYC procedures
3. Communicate effectively with customers to guide them through the verification process and address any concerns
4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and information collected during the VKYC process
5. Collaborate with other teams, such as compliance and customer service, to ensure smooth operations
