Roles and Responsibilities:-
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with established processes and standards.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments.
Coordinating with the trainers regarding invites and scheduling it.
Exam booking and handle backend operations related to end to end training Plan and manage daily tasks.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in an operational role, preferably in the EdTech industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
