About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on effective lobby management, i.e., responsible for attending to walk-in clients at branches
2. Extend courteous support to all walk-in customers and educate them about the products & services the company offers
3. Work on accepting & appraising gold jewelers as per company norms
4. Ensure proper KYC verification & valuation
5. Appraise the availability of cash position at the branch/bank and inform the requirements to the manager
6. Work on verification of daily cash balance
7. Ensure effective handling of software i.e. CBS/CRM and ensure all KYC entries in the same
8. Ensure the following of all procedures & policies as laid down by the organization
9. Work on completion of all accounts-related work in the branch
10. Maintain important formats & documents like gold purchase/vault/key movement/safe custody
11. Work on safeguarding cash, gold, and other valuables in the branch
12. Work on winning back old customers and ensuring that the customer portfolio of the branch is maintained and enhanced
