We are looking for a highly organized and proactive junior operations specialist to work closely with senior leadership and assist in day-to-day operations. This role requires a dynamic individual who can coordinate between teams, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in daily operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
2. Manage schedules, meetings, and task lists to help improve organizational efficiency.
3. Track, follow up, and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and projects.
4. Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation as required.
Identify bottlenecks in current processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (production, finance, HR, and supply chain) to ensure alignment on key operational goals.
6. Monitor critical deadlines and ensure timely execution of work plans.
7. Act as a liaison between leadership and teams to facilitate clear communication.
8. Support in operational audits, reporting, and data analysis as per business needs.
9. Assist in handling vendor communication and coordination.
10. Ensure adherence to company SOPs and help in the development of new processes.
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years in operations, coordination, or a similar role.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
7. Proactive, problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to learn.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
