Key responsibilities:

1. After-Sales Operations Management: Oversee and manage all after-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective processes
2. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of products for delivery while minimizing excess stock and reducing costs
3. Product Delivery: Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of products to customers, addressing any issues that may arise in the process
4. Payment Collection: Manage the collection of payments, ensuring all transactions are completed on time and accurately recorded
5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in after-sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
6. Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the seamless flow of products and services needed for after-sales operations
7. Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order details, resolving any issues pertaining to delivery and product returns
8. Reporting: Generate regular reports on after-sales operations, inventory levels, delivery performance, and payment status, providing insights to senior management
