Junior Process Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Process transactions/entries of high complexity
2. Use Google Spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel to perform basic formulas like Sum, Avg, Sort & Filter, Conditional formatting, create pivot tables, etc.
3. Acquire process knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) and be process certified
4. Ensure consistent productivity and accuracy as per team requirements
5. Understand work expectations clearly and prioritize critical activities
6. Demonstrate responsiveness to client needs and requests
7. Identify process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes
8. Handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
9. Effectively communicate with clients
10. Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by management
11. Handle projects independently and as part of a team
12. Occasionally work extended hours to meet business needs
