We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our innovative team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
2. Assist in the development of product roadmaps and support the product lifecycle from conception to launch
3. Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
4. Perform quality assurance controls on products
5. Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions
6. Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
7. Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
8. Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products
9. Monitor and report on users reactions after launching
10. Create support and training documents for internal and external users
11. Participate in system configuration
12. Analyze competition
Preferences:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (B.Tech CSE preferred)
2. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation
3. Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
4. 0-1 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles
5. Understanding auction platforms is preferred
6. Familiarity with the automobile industry is a plus
7. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
8. Strong time management skills
9. Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Note:
1. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and experience in the automobile industry (auction platform preferred)
