We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented assistant product manager with 0-1 years of experience, ideally in developing products for finance, operations, or customer support teams. The ideal candidate will have experience (or zeal to learn) in creating products that enhance business processes and support functions.
Qualification: Bachelor's in computers + MBA/MCA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
2. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and research to launch and iteration.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and internal teams to deliver high-quality products.
4. User experience & design: Champion best practices in UI/UX design to ensure seamless and delightful user experiences.
5. Work closely with the teams to create intuitive product interfaces.
6. Data analysis & reporting: Assist in gathering and analyzing data to track the performance of internal products, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
7. Help prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
8. Stakeholder management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including tech, finance, operations, and customer support teams, to understand their needs and challenges.
9. Communicate product updates clearly and effectively to internal teams, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of new features.
10. Roadmap management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives.
11. Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
1. Experience: Ideal for recent post-graduates or individuals with 0-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
2. Educational background: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA from a top tier institution shall be an added advantage.
3. Interest in product management: A strong interest in product management, particularly in the development of internal tools and systems.
4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical/non-technical information clearly to all stakeholders.
5. Analytical thinking: Basic analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
6. Multi-tasker: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
7. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
