Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated and well-spoken Program Advisors to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will help close sales and meet targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service. If you're eager to start your career in sales and work with a high-performing team, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication: Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
2. Understanding Needs: Engage with customers to understand their needs and present the best solutions.
3. Product Explanation: Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products and services.
4. Provide Information: Answer customer queries and send additional product information as needed.
5. CRM Management: Keep the CRM up to date with the status of current and potential customers.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Build rapport and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
7. Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.

1. Education: Any Graduate (BE/Btech preferred)
2. Experience: Fresher with a strong interest in sales.
