1. Candidates with master’s level training in counseling/clinical psychology
2. Individuals straight out of college or a maximum of one year’s implementation work experience at a mental health setting (hospital/clinic/NGO/government placement etc.)
3. Candidates with a high level of knowledge of the theory and practice of at least one evidence-based psychological therapy
4. Candidates with an interest in working with a range of client groups across the life course (including those with clinical severity)
5. Candidates with the ability to develop strong therapeutic relationships
6. Candidates with experience in understanding issues surrounding clinical risk
7. Candidates with an understanding of the psychosocial factors and social determinants of healthcare (taking a population-based and public health approach)
8. Candidates with an ability to empathize and offer client-centric, recovery-oriented care for individuals from a range of communities and backgrounds
9. Candidates with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, work with deadlines, and be willing to engage in a range of tasks and projects
10. Candidates with the ability to work as a team, and develop strong relationships
11. Candidates with excellent IT and written communication skills
12. Candidates with excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
