Junior Psychologist Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify relevant signs and symptoms of psychological conditions in cancer patients in order to comprehensively assess, diagnose, and manage the patient's condition
2. Diagnose and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the Doctor Panel and medical coaches that reflect the standard of practice within the organization
3. Provide psychotherapy, counseling education, cognitive, retraining, behavior management, and/or crisis intervention as needed to treat the patient's condition
4. Write clinical reports to adequately capture the patient's condition and follow the treatment plan
5. Provide the patient's relatives/caregivers with information concerning the management of the patient at home
6. Give input and help to implement new programs for the treatment, training, or rehabilitation of cancer patients within the organization
7. Review literature for trends in clinical and non-clinical psychological health issues

Skills:

1. Cumulative 1-2 years experience in counseling special populations
2. Preferred health coach experience
3. Demonstrate strong interest in treating oncology patients
4. Effective interviewing and counseling skills
5. Able to converse in Telugu, Hindi and English
6. Ability to work effectively as part of an integrated team
