Key responsibilities:

1. Designing and updating job descriptions
2. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, professional platforms, training centers)
3. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
4. Advertising job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
4. Conducting a telephonic round of an Interview
5. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
6. Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs
7. Actively coordinating with the manager for all the opening and closing of vacant positions before the deadline
8. Cordially communicating with the manager for HR operations work
