Key responsibilities:

1. End-to-end recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

2. Sourcing and screening: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage with potential candidates. Conduct thorough technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experiences.

3. Market knowledge: Stay updated on trends within the Indian job market, industry-specific requirements, and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.

4. Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and collaborate to meet hiring needs.

5. Employer branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and attractiveness to potential candidates.
