1. Manage end to end recruitment for our clients.
2. Post jobs and ads in select locations.
3. Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
4. Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels.
5. Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
6. Manage all stages of the recruitment process.
7. Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization.
8. Create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to close roles every month.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
