Junior Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for event management positions.
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
3. Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the company's requirements.
4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
6. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
7. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
