Junior Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements
2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
3. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
4. Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews
6. Ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring activities
8. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
7. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
9. Fluency in English and at least one regional language
