Junior Recruiter Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordinaton and onboarding
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
3. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage top talent
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and other recruitment activities
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in MS-Excel & Google Sheet
6. Support HR team in other activities such as Events, celebrations, mass hiring drives, induction, etc.
