Key responsibilities:

1. Source talent through various available resources, both traditional and social
2. Handle traditional job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.
3. Utilize social media and other channels for sourcing, including LinkedIn, Github, Stack Overflow, Facebook, Behance, Dribble, Twitter, etc.
4. Screen sourced resumes to ensure they match the client's needs
5. Build talent pipeline and conduct talent mapping
6. Manage client relationships
7. Build rapport with both clients and candidates
8. Negotiate offers and conduct background checks if required
