Requirements:
1. Should understand the job description technically
2. Should have client standing order
3. Should be good at communication with an ability to convince
4. Should have client and industry knowledge
5. Should built a good relationship with candidate s and hold them until they join the client
6. Must take part in training and development
7. Should be good at multiple sourcing methodology
8. Should be strong in headhunting and referencing
9. Should be a role model, ethical to the team/company
10. Must try to recruit (Joinees) 4 -5 candidates in a month
11. Should have client and industry knowledge
12. Self-motivated and should take challenges on day-to-day basis
13. Know-how of improving business processes
14. Should built a good relationship with candidates ensure to follow up till they join
