1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Monster.com, Naukri.com, Times.com, etc.)
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
5. Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
6. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
7. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
8. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Note:
1. Qualification: Graduate
2. Experience: 6 months to 2 years
3. Job timing: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm or 10.00 am 7.00 pm (with 1st and 3rd Saturday as working days up to 5 pm)
