3. Manage and update candidate database in Advanced Excel for efficient tracking
4. Prepare presentations and reports using MS-PowerPoint to showcase recruitment metrics and trends
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
6. Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and clients
7. Collaborate with senior recruiters to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency
