Junior Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify prospective customers and showcase assigned real estate project and their respective inventory and convert prospects to sales.
2. Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
3. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
4. Stay updated on the latest trends in the real estate sector.
5. Maintain quality service and follow the organization's standards.
6. Collect and present sales reports, weekly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly on the leads generated, sales achieved, and potential prospects.
7. Develop strategies to meet the sales targets set by the company and achieve the same.
8. Maintain a positive environment within the team and help fellow employees to achieve their goals.
9. Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
10. Adhere to the company's policies or guidelines.
11. Attend workshops to learn applicable professional skills.
12. Conduct market research and proactively Identify potential assets to filter and showcase based on the requirement of the customer.
