About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling Walk-ins Enquiries and Supporting Customers at the Branch for KYC and Documentation-keeping
2. Customer services and Orientation
3. In-house Cross sell of the canvas of products (Only inside the Branch)
4. Interest collection calling and informing need to be updated on callings to Existing Customers and a Few Backend works at Branch
5. Prospecting and identifying new leads and pitching to the clients.
6. Providing client service to existing customers. They are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships

Requirements:

1. Any Graduate Male or Female Fresher who Recently passed 2020 to 2024 from a Regular college
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Good Convincing Skills with Computer Knowledge
4. Locatiom: Across All Branches of Muthoot in South India Near to Residence
