# What we're looking for

We seek a dynamic **Social Media Marketing Executive** to elevate our brand presence through social media channels and email marketing. The ideal candidate will also manage influencer marketing, PR efforts, online advertising, affiliate deals, and partnerships, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.

# Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars.
2. Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns to optimize performance across platforms.
3. Create engaging content that resonates with the audience and promotes brand identity.
4. Stay updated on trends, memes, and algorithms to enhance campaigns.
5. Strategize and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and engagement.
6. Oversee PR Strategies, and build & interact with communities across Social Media.
7. Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads with a team.
8. Manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, Brevo, MailChimp, etc.

# Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising.
3. Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo & MailChimp.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
5. Creative thinker with a passion for brand building.
6. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and providing insights.
7. Knowledge of best practices for Twitter is a plus.
