Junior Social Media Marketing Executive Fresher Job

Job Summary
As the Social Media Executive, you will be reporting directly to the head, managing all the social media channels, and campaigns, coordinating with the creative team, to ensure an engaging audience experience, and making sure our brands are delighted by us. You will be working directly with the client & be the main POC.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with onboarding and streamlining clients' social media accounts (e. G. Facebook, Instagram, etc)
2. Establishing content ideas on a daily and monthly basis and planning for a monthly social media, editorial, marketing, and blogging calendar.
3. Research on target audience & engage with them on social media channels.
4. Ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for social, and other elements within the communities and for the target audience
5. Assist the graphic team in creating content that resonates with the clients
7. Collaborating with bloggers as per the client's proposition.
8. Posting on social media accounts at consistent & relevant intervals.
9. Keep an update on the trends.
10. Handling any other operations as directed by your immediate manager.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

1. Relevant 1-3 years experience in a creative or advertising agency.
2. Thorough knowledge of the social media ad campaign and its functioning.
3. Knowledge of performance analysis through various tools.
4. Publish creative content on social media on a daily basis.
5. Post-analysis reports on a fixed interval basis.
6. Good command of the language.
7. Know various social media hacks.
8. Come up with creative ideas to hit sales pitches to potential business partners.
9. Must be an active user of the social media channels on a personal level.
