We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our client's online presence, engage their target audience, and drive brand awareness and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients.
2. Create engaging and high-quality content across different social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure content aligns with client brand guidelines and objectives.
5. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.
7. Conduct social media audits and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
8. Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
9. Coordinate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback for social media initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
6. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
