We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing talent to join our team at ChtrSocial. As a part of social media team, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the marketing industry and gain hands-on experience in the world of social media.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan monthly social media calendars.
2. Create compelling and engaging copies for social media posts and write captions that align with brand tonality and objectives.
3. Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns/content and drive results.
4. Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction through regular communication.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and upcoming news for all social media platforms to engage with audiences and increase brand awareness.
6. Create mood boards and assist the photographer on shoots.
7. Optimization, hygiene checks & daily engagement on social media (Reply to comments, DMs, etc).
8. Come up with an ad plan and the techniques to reach the goal.
9. Make sure deliverables and deadlines are met (Internal & external).

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
