Key responsibilities:

1. Plan monthly social media calendars for content creation
2. Create compelling and engaging copies for social media posts and write captions that align with brand tonality and objectives
3. Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns/content and drive results through monthly analytics
4. Collaborate closely with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure their satisfaction through regular communication
5. Coordinate with design teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and upcoming news across all platforms to engage with audiences and increase brand awareness
7. Create mood boards and assist the photographer on shoots
8. Conduct optimization, hygiene checks, and daily engagement on social media (e.g., replying to comments and DMs)
9. Develop ads plans and techniques to achieve marketing goals
10. Ensure deliverables and deadlines are met for both internal and external projects
