We are seeking a creative and proactive social media executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include creating engaging content for all our social media channels, interacting with customers on social media platforms, and assisting in the overall digital marketing strategy. This position is ideal for a fresher with a passion for social media and digital marketing, and who possesses excellent spoken English skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Content creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, etc. This includes text, image, and video content tailored to our target audience
2. Community engagement: Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and fostering positive relationships with customers and followers
3. Digital marketing support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across social media platforms, and assist in analyzing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement
4. Design skills: Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other multimedia content for social media posts
5. Analytics and reporting: Monitor social media analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of campaigns, content engagement, and audience growth, and prepare regular reports highlighting insights and recommendations
