1. Gain 6 months to 1 year of work experience as a Social Media Manager
2. Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok
3. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Handle and lead teams effectively
5. Use social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer proficiently
6. Create and deliver creative content for social media campaigns
7. Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities
8. Think creatively and outside the box to develop engaging content
9. Ensure attention to detail and maintain a keen eye for aesthetics
10. Work independently while collaborating with teams as needed
11. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
