1. Content creation & strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies for various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Website. Create and curate engaging content (posts, images, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform's audience.
2. Social media management: Oversee daily social media management, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining an active presence across platforms.
3. Analytics & reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights. Identify trends, optimize content, and report results to management.
4. Community engagement: Foster engagement by interacting with followers, answering questions, and building relationships with influencers, fans, and brand advocates.
5. Campaigns & promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns, contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities. Track and optimize campaign performance.
6. Brand consistency: Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
7. Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
