As a junior social media marketing manager at GrowUMedia (MetaNucleus Tech Private Limited), you will play a crucial role in expanding clients' online presence and engaging with their target audience through various social media platforms. Your expertise in social media marketing, English proficiency (written), digital marketing, and Instagram marketing will be essential in driving our brand awareness and enhancing our digital marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities:
1. Client servicing: Interact with clients for briefs, approvals, feedback, and dispute resolution with the ability to meet strict deadlines
2. Manage work on socials and listen to AOR clients on a day-to-day basis for social content and mainline creative scope of work
3. Identify and create content opportunities for the brand with media platforms and properties. Lead monthly content plans
4. Liaise with the creative partner to execute social content and mainline creative basis client brief
5. Plan and execute social media campaigns and manage the day-to-day social content posting for the brand
6. Social profile setup: Work on the creation or enhancement of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, and other pages/profiles, including an analysis of who best to follow and management of lists
7. Coordinate with the media team and creative partner to execute the creatives based on the campaign MR
8. Keep a tab on relevant trending topics to suggest real-time social media posts and content around the same
9. Social media monitoring: Use tools to track, monitor, and act on brand mentions, customer comments, hashtags, and industry news
