Key Responsibilities:

a. Strategy Development
1. Define social media goals aligned with business objectives.
2. Identify target audiences and create buyer personas.
3. Develop content and editorial calendars.
4. Plan and execute effective social media campaigns.

b. Content Creation:
1. Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for various platforms.
2. Curate relevant content and write compelling captions.
3. Organize and oversee photoshoots and video shoots.
4. Collaborate with designers and videographers.

c. Community Management:
1. Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages.
2. Build and nurture online communities.
3. Monitor brand mentions and manage brand sentiment.
4. Address customer concerns professionally.

d. Platform Management:
1. Optimize and manage social media profiles.
2. Schedule and publish content across platforms.
3. Track and analyze social media performance.
4. Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends.

e. Reporting & Analysis:
1. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
2. Analyze data trends and generate performance reports.
3. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

f. Collaboration:
1. Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
2. Collaborate with influencers and brand partners.
3. Stay informed about social media best practices and trends.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in social media management.
2. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & other platforms.
3. Knowledge of photography, videography & video editing tools (CapCut, Filmora Go, Adobe Premiere Pro).
4. Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
5. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
