Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
3. Manage all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring user engagement.
4. Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to adjust strategy and tactics as needed.
8. Generate reports on social media performance and present findings to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
