Key responsibilities:

1. Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product
2. Identify and remedy defects within the production process
3. Create test scripts for automation. (Preferred Tools - Selenium & JMeter)
4. Interact with the development team and clients to understand and troubleshooting issues

Other requirements

1. Meticulous exposure in the field of manual testing with solid experience in the e-commerce domain

2. Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

3. Experience in all aspects of testing like smoke, sanity, unit, integration, regression, load, and performance testing

4. Knowledge of defect management systems like Mantis

5. Exhibited skills in requirement analysis along with clear and complete report creation

6. Practical understanding of Google Analytics data, SQL, and Scripting Language (preferable)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
