Job Description: Junior Software Trainer (AI, ML, Data Science)

Novum Labs is looking for a highly motivated and passionate B.Tech fresher who is eager to contribute to both teaching and software development. As a Junior Software Trainer, you will have to train students in AI, ML, and Data Science.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior instructors in delivering training on AI, ML, and data science.
2. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and hands-on coding practice for students.
3. Develop and maintain learning materials, coding exercises, and project guidelines.
4. Guide students in AI, ML, and data science projects.
5. Keep up with the latest trends in AI, ML, and data science.
6. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement AI, ML, and data science solutions.
7. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and C++.
8. Debug and troubleshoot applications to ensure software reliability and performance.
9. Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements.
10. Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. B.Tech (CS, IT, or related fields) with a strong interest in AI, ML, data science, and ethical hacking.
2. Proficiency in Python and C++ (additional knowledge of JavaScript or SQL is a plus).
3. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and cybersecurity tools.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in teaching and mentoring.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
6. Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
