Junior Student Advisor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential students through outbound communication, introducing them to our educational programs and offering comprehensive information
2. Engage in direct walk-ins, greeting and assisting potential students in understanding available courses, admission procedures, and program benefits
3. Schedule appointments for prospective students with senior student counselors, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, inquiries, and appointments using the designated CRM software or database
5. Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, or other communication channels to provide additional information, answer questions, and address concerns
6. Collaborate closely with the student counseling team, sharing feedback, insights, and updates on student interactions and progress
7. Assist in organizing and participating in virtual events, webinars, or seminars to attract potential students
