1. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
2. Utilizing various recruitment channels to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline
3. Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
4. Negotiating job offers and managing the hiring process from start to finish
5. Providing exceptional candidate experience and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in MS Excel for reporting and analysis
7. Supporting the talent acquisition team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance our recruitment processes
8. Working closely with the sales team for the hiring of business development associates
