1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
2. Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to screen candidates for suitability, followed by shortlisting
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
4. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and assist in creating job descriptions and selection criteria
5. Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates
6. Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's reputation as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and other recruiting channels
7. Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process by extending offers, negotiating terms, and managing the onboarding process
