About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of student placements, reports, and statistics to evaluate the success of the placement process
2. Maintain monthly attendance and documentation of the new hire
3. Complete the joining formalities, maintain and update the monthly MIS report, prepare all HR letters & certificates
4. Manage recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
5. Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant sources to attract potential candidates
6. Conduct HR-round interviews with candidates and assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry professionals to understand their hiring needs, and current trends, and secure job opportunities for our students
8. Assist students in their job search by guiding resume writing, interview techniques, and professional behavior
9. Keep track of job vacancies in the industries, matching these opportunities with suitable candidates
10. Conduct mock interviews, personal grooming sessions, and career counseling to enhance students' employability skills
11. Guide developing industry-specific competencies and professional behavior
12. Regularly update students on the latest job openings and maintain a database of their preferences and skill sets
13. Collaborate with faculty members, placement officers, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of the placement process

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or talent acquisition
3. Strong industry connections and knowledge
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employers, students, and colleagues
5. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/Word applications
6. Proactive and result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
7. Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
8. Self-motivation, and willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving industry trends

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
