Junior Talent Acquisition Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Hiring for new positions - Sourcing for new and existing store employees, as well as regional employees.
2. Replacement hiring for stores and regional employees.
3. Manage the highest level of PQI (Process Quality Index).
4. Execute the employee referral program.
5. Oversee the onboarding of all new joiners and ensure timely completion of induction and training.
6. Create employee codes, enroll employees in the meal program, and complete the background verification (BGV) process for new joiners.
7. Work on stakeholder management, including partnerships with institutes and other agencies.
