We are looking for a 'Talent Acquisition Specialist' to join us and help us grow our with top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled professionals in the technology industry.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment, an understanding of software engineering roles, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
2. Sourcing Strategies: Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other creative methods to attract top talent.
3. Technical Hiring: Identify and evaluate candidates for technical roles such as software engineers, developers, QA testers, and other IT positions.
4. Employer Branding: Promote the company as an attractive employer to potential candidates through digital platforms and networking.
5. Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
6. Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure fair and inclusive hiring practices to build a diverse workforce.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech recruitment.
8. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Some experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a software or IT company is a plus.
3. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development roles, programming languages, and IT skills.
4. Recruitment Tools: Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Negotiation & Relationship-Building: Ability to engage with candidates, negotiate offers, and build strong professional networks.
7. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify hiring challenges and implement effective solutions.
8. Agility & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting for startups or tech companies.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Talent Solutions).
